The Governor spoke when he flagged off the motorbikes at the county headquarters. He appreciated the important role played by extension officers especially during this pandemic period.

“We are seeking resources from our development partners to further support our livestock production officers among other critical departments,” Awiti said.

The Governor said agriculture is a devolved function and its therefore critical to facilitate extension service delivery.
