Preparations for this year’s edition of the Kenya Inter-Counties Sports and Cultural Association (KICOSCA) Games are advanced as the Homa Bay Executive football team played host to the Veteran club in a warm-up match played on Thursday at the Homa Bay High school grounds.

The executive team captained by Gordon won the match by beating Veterans in a 2-0 score. Boniface Odhiambo scored the opener in the 35th minute of the intense match after a couple of missed chances.  Abnery Okora from the department of finance later coupled the score line for the hosts who dominated the match.

The KICOSCA games are scheduled to take place in Kericho County for a week starting on the 12th of August, 2019.

Kericho is ready to host the games which will involve over 7,000 participants from all the 47 Counties.
